Eating a $100 American Wagyu steak is not a challenge, but this steak deserves to be earned, not just eaten!
The challenge I have set before me is that I need to pack my camp on my horse deep into the mountains, and catch a trout to "unlock" the steak! Then it will be truly earned.
Survival camping in remote places doesn't usually work out the way we plan. That is the case with this challenge. No campfire and a single burner stove presented a bushcraft challenge I didn't anticipate. Watch to find out how I manage to deal with this situation.
