GFF102-Sansone mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act update- Gallery of Freedom Fighters

Joseph Sansone, M.S., PhD:<br data-start="235" data-end="238">I’m working to get the Sansone mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act introduced in all 50 states by next year. It’s already introduced in Minnesota. Each new state builds momentum, and if I can get it introduced in a few more blue states, it will likely shame red state Republicans into following suit.
The goal is to get one jurisdiction to legally recognize that mRNA injections are bioweapons. If that happens, the entire house of cards collapses. There would be no need for new legislation if existing bioweapon laws were enforced—but they aren’t. This bill forces the issue.
The legislation is groundbreaking. It recognizes that mRNA nanoparticle injections are already illegal under existing state bioweapon and WMD statutes. It removes prosecutorial discretion by adding both criminal and civil penalties for non-enforcement.
It is a hard truth that many people we know will have shortened lifespans due to these injections. Imagine how different the 2026 midterms could look if this bill is introduced in just a couple dozen states.
