🌿 Weekend Projects with Two Doves Bees and Gardens 🚛🌱
This weekend was full of soil, sweat, and stewardship! Join us as we dive into a few exciting homestead projects:
• We hauled in a pickup truck load of rich, bulk compost from Texas Pure Products to nourish our fall beds.
• Our dwarf mulberry trees and a special new addition—a White Jordanian fig—got a fresh start with some up-potting love.
• The garden infrastructure is growing too! Watch as we begin crafting low tunnels using ½" steel electrical conduit—an affordable and resilient solution for season extension.
• And stay tuned for a hint of something bigger… we’re beginning some collaborative work with the USDA that could help shape the future of pollinator-friendly gardening.
