Her background includes roles such as Freedom & Care Ministries Coordinator at Lifepoint Church Palm Bay and Director of Children's and Family Ministry at Palm Bay Christian Church, as well as engagements with organizations like LK10, the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Table & Well, Trauma Healing Institute, and Toastmasters International.
Her expertise covers team building, public speaking, mental health coaching, and leadership development. Bethany created TIP Groups to support Christian mental health professionals and pastoral care leaders.
She also runs the "Radical Care For Christian Counselors" podcast.
