Like attracts like except in magnetic fields. Ironically it is the magnetism in a person born with natural abilities which allows and affords for them to become leaders even if they never planned too. 


Leadership tends to fall to those who are busy pursuing something they are deeply passionate about. For some that passion is the skill, art and motivation of leadership itself. For others, they never desired to be a role model. They never longed to have others trust in them or follow their advice but their success in their own passionate pursuits created a wake of sorts. 


Both of them need a mentor and need to up their skills at mentoring others.
