Leadership is influence. Leadership demands decision making. Decision influence outcomes, drive change and require risks. Deciding which attitudes will influence your culture, brand and organizational operations is no simple task but it must be done. 


Deciding such monumental things should not be done in a vacuum and should not be dismissed, overlooked nor abandoned because of the level of difficulty. It is not the circumstances which dictate outcomes, it is the collection of decisions. Determining prevailing attitudes are decisions for the boldest of leaders.
