ETG85-Monday Film Room LIVE on East Texas Gameday - East Texas Gameday

The crew erupts over the Longhorns’ offensive woes, blasting the predictable short‑range routes and a lack of a dynamic runner to complement the passing game. An Oklahoma fan vents about the Sooners’ shaky start, while the hosts dissect the Dallas Cowboys’ bloated payroll, Dak Prescott’s $4 million‑a‑game salary, and the team’s inability to stop the run despite a new defensive hire. High‑school action takes center stage as the Paris Wildcats celebrate Tyler Heath’s record‑breaking 70‑touchdown career, and North Lamar’s defense climbs into the top three statewide after slashing points allowed. Rivalry drama unfolds in Sulphur Springs, Hopkins County, and a cascade of district victories that set the stage for Friday night showdowns. College football predictions roll in, from Indiana’s bid to eclipse Ohio State’s Big Ten streak to Kentucky’s back‑to‑back overtime thrills under Will Stein. The hosts trade barbs about fan attire, NFL boredom, and the paradox of loving college football more than the pro game. All of this is delivered with the unapologetic, bold tone that defines East Texas Gameday, mixing personal grievances, statistical rants, and a relentless love‑hate relationship with Texas football.
